4. Delivery Delays: If your order is significantly delayed (over 45 minutes beyond the estimated delivery time) and it is due to our error, you may be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

Change of mind after the order has been prepared or delivered.
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control.
Unfinished or partially consumed food items.
